11.2.3 to remove any officer or members of the Executive Committee from office and to fill any vacancy or vacancies caused by the removal or
11.2.4 to deal with any special matter which the members requiring the meeting wish to be placed before the Association for consideration.
Notice convening a special general meeting must be sent to members not less than 10 working days before the meeting and must specify the matters to be dealt with.
12. Chairman’s Casting Vote
At Executive Committee meetings and at general meetings the Chairman will preside or if the Chairman is not present one of the two Vice-Chairmen must be elected to preside. In either situation, the Chairman may have a casting or additional vote in the event of an equality of votes. However, such casting or additional vote should only be used as a last resort.
13. Quorums
The following numbers are required to form a quorum:
13.1 at Executive Committee meetings (except for the purposes of para 8 above) four.
13.2 at Executive Committee meetings for the purposes of para 8 above six.
